Paediatric Speech Pathology and Orofacial Myology that treats the cause, not just the symptoms

Hawkesbury Speech Pathology Practice was founded in 2025. We are committed to providing children with high-quality, evidence-based and family centred therapy in a nurturing and fun environment.

Our Approach

  • We believe in addressing the root cause- not just managing the symptoms. By identifying and treating myofunctional and speech-related concerns early, we can prevent long-term difficulties in speech development, facial growth, dental alignment, airway health, and feeding patterns.

  • A speech pathologist is just one part of a wider team that can support your child. We strive to work with a network of health professionals, including occupational therapists, psychologists, physiotherapists, chiropractors, ENT’s and specialist doctors.

  • You know your child best. We will collaborate with you and your child to set meaningful goals that matter to your family. This way, the skills we work on will have a real impact on your child's daily life and relationships.

  • Sessions are tailored to every child’s needs, with sensory support and the emotional wellbeing of the child at the forefront of their care.

  • We respect, value and celebrate the unique strengths and communication style of children of all neurotypes and believe neurodivergence is not a condition to be ‘fixed’.
